I had a hard time figuring out what I was actually buying because the descriptions didn’t give enough detail. I’m careful about what I order, so when the info is this vague, it makes me hesitant to take the chance

I placed a bulk order it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Communication was slow, the tracking info wasn’t clear, and a few items showed up wrong. I get that mistakes happen, but someone needs to take responsibility and actually follow through when customers are spending money on a large order. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Mostly right, but still a hassle"
I ordered a few things from technoglowproducts.com and most of the order showed up correctly. One item came in a different color than the one I picked, which was annoying. It’s not the end of the world, but it still feels like wasted energy having to deal with something that could’ve been caught before shipping. The main product was right, thankfully, but they should definitely double-check orders better before sending them out.

"Got sorted out in the end"
I had a issue with my order and it took longer then I expected to hear back. Was kinda frustrating at first, not gonna lie. But they did fix it eventually, so I appreciate that. Not the smoothest experience, but at least it got taken care of.

"Website was a bit frustrating"
I’ll be honest, I was already a little impatient, and the site didn’t help. It took me longer than I expected to find what I needed, and checking out on my phone felt kind of clunky. Not terrible, but definitely annoying in the moment

"The photos were mostly accurate, but..."
The photos were mostly accurate, but the color looked a little brighter online than it did in person. It’s not a huge deal, but I do wish there were more real-life pictures from different angles. I also felt kind of ignored when trying to get a better sense of what it actually looked like, so the whole experience was a bit frustrating.

"Packaging was in rough shape"
I ordered this during the week because I’d been meaning to replace my old one for a while, and when it finally showed up, the box was totally crushed. I know packages get tossed around sometimes, especially with deliveries being busy, but this one looked like it had really been through it. The item inside ended up having scratches on it too, which was disappointing. It still arrived, but the packaging definitely wasn’t good enough to protect it.

"Shipping Took Forever"
I ordered this weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for it to show up. I get that delays can happen, but it feels unfair to take someone’s money and then leave them with no real update for this long. it’s just frustrating and not how customers should be treated.

I ended up having to return something to technoglowproducts.com because I picked the wrong size, which was on me. The instructions were easy to follow, and I got a response from support the next day, so I didn’t have to chase them down or anything.
I’m giving them 4 stars because I was hoping my refund would hit a little quicker. It took a few extra days, which was kind of annoying for me, but it did come through and they were polite the whole time. Overall, it worked out fine

I was browsing for some tech stuff and, from what I could tell, a few of the same items were cheaper on other sites. Shipping was actually decent, so that part was fine. I just feel like the prices could probably be better

"Not worth it for me"
I expected a lot more for what I paid. When I tried it, it just felt kind of cheap, and the results weren’t anywhere near what I was hoping for. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy from here again

"I was disappointed with the color..."
I was disappointed with the color options. I thought there would be more to pick from, but the selection felt really limited. It kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving too, like I’d find one color that seemed okay, then realize it wasn’t actually available or didn’t look how I expected. Just frustrating overall.

I reached out to support expecting a quick response, but I ended up waiting much longer than I should have. This is where it got annoying, by the time they finally replied, the issue had already dragged on and I was frustrated.

"Delivery was just too unreliable"
I placed my order thinking it would arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but it took way longer than expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself. Isn’t that what tracking is supposed to be for? By the time the package finally showed up, I was already frustrated. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
I’m unhappy with how this turned out. The product looked a lot nicer on the website than it did when it arrived, and in person it just felt kind of cheap. For the price, I pretty much expected something better.
Customer service was also slow to respond and didn’t really help much once they did. Overall, the whole experience with technoglowproducts.com just left me annoyed, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Usually has stuff in stock"
I was looking around TechnoGlow for a few things and yeah, most of it was actually in stock, which was nice to see. One item I wanted wasn’t available though, so not totally perfect or anything. Still, it’s better than those sites where basically everything is marked unavailable. I’d probably use it again...

"Sizing really missed the mark"
I ordered a medium and didn’t pay much attention to anything else once I tried it on, the fit was just that off. It felt more like an extra small than a medium, so it definitely didn’t work for me.

"Checkout was frustrating, but I got through it"
Checkout was kind of a mess. It kept freezing on me, and at one point my discount just disappeared, which was really annoying. I almost gave up completely, but I needed the order, so I just dealt with it and finished anyway.
